شروط الخدمة

1. الطلبات والدفع

جميع المنتجات تُصنع يدويًا بعد التأكيد الطلب.

الدفع مطلوب أثناء إنهاء الشراء.

2. الشحن والتوصيل

مدة التجهيز: من 2 إلى 3 أيام عمل.

التوصيل من الباب إلى الباب (~10 أيام عمل). تكاليف الشحن مشمولة.

مواعيد التوصيل تقديرية وليست مضمونة.

3. الإرجاع والاسترداد

العميل يتحمل تكاليف إعادة الشحن.

تتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة خلال 7 أيام عمل من استلام المنتج المرتجع (يجب أن يكون غير مستخدم).

4. الملكية الفكرية

جميع التصاميم والمنتجات مملوكة لـ [اسم متجرك]. يُحظر الاستخدام غير المصرح به.

5. الحد من المسؤولية

نحن غير مسؤولين عن التأخيرات أو الأضرار الخارجة عن إرادتنا (مثل مشاكل شركات الشحن أو الكوارث الطبيعية).
