يُتحمل العميل تكاليف إعادة الشحن.

يتم دراسة طلب الاسترداد خلال 7 أيام عمل من استلام المنتج المرتجع.

بعد الموافقة، يتم إصدار المبلغ المسترد وفقًا لطريقة الدفع الأصلية.
